2Account Creation, Security & Responsibility
Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false information is considered a violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. baje will not be held liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password or unauthorized access to your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
Baje may request identity verification from users at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.
Fraudulent activity, use of bots, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or using another person's information to manage an account are strictly prohibited on the platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Baje users may use the platform for personal and entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. Users may not engage in any activity that could harm baje or other users.
Hacking, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or gaining unfair advantages through technical manipulation are serious violations of these Terms. Such activities may result in legal action. It is every user's ethical responsibility to report any technical issues to our support team immediately upon discovery.

4Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on baje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer are available for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method and can be viewed on the payment page after logging in.
Identity verification and a security review must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. baje reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold if fraudulent transactions or suspicious activity are detected. Funds on deposit will not be forfeited without reasonable cause.

Limitation of Liability
Baje accepts limited liability for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, third-party payment gateway issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to keep our services running without interruption, though brief downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the baje platform — including logos, graphics, software, game content, designs, and text — is the intellectual property of baje or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes.
Third-Party Integrations
